12. Learn about culture and history of the region

Share the emasing history of the region. Tours to the nearby prehistoric caves with human scratchings 35.000 years old, via the Roman exhibition in Plassac which suggests the first vineyard on the slopes of Bellevue. Have a look at the battle field were Charles le Magne fought the Sarazenes or visit the WWII submarine bunkes. On your way you pass many examples of the architecture of Eifel or the younger history of Bordeaux. Don't forget Chateau Bellevue itself which is constructed in 1878 by the master student of the famous French architect Violet le Duc.

13. Lean all about the "French cuisine"

Together with the local gourmet restaurant "Le Premayac" we will organize cooking seminars. The chef of the restaurant will individually explain and show how to prepare a fantastic meal. You don't have to understand or speak much French, you will see what's to do. All will be explained via hands and heart, if this is not enough we will take out the dictionary.
